What you will do
- Oversee the security, integrity, and maintenance of all IT systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with business counterparts to drive operational readiness and manage system installations.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Audit system software and hardware performance to inform strategic business decisions.
- Manage negotiations for installations, service, and maintenance agreements.
- Ensure full compliance with legislation and best practices for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions and provide strategic advice.
- Must be able to work onsite in Hua Hin, Thailand.
