What you will do

• Support and improve existing test automation frameworks for backend systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document defects within the CCaaS platform.
• Validate new features to ensure system stability, scalability, and compatibility.
• Perform API and microservices testing to ensure seamless omnichannel interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high quality standards.
• Conduct log analysis and perform database validation using MySQL.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA.
• Strong proficiency in Python for test automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Solid understanding of back-end, API, and microservices testing.
• Practical experience with databases and basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux.
• Familiarity with version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript or Java.
