What you will do

• Create, upload, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, and images.
• Manage inventory levels and update listings to reflect stock changes.
• Monitor store performance, sales metrics, and marketplace analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
• Process orders, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support store operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing eCommerce stores such as eBay, Amazon, or Shopify.
• Strong understanding of product listing optimization and SEO.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Experience in the automotive parts or industrial products industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be available to work 8am - 5pm PST.
