What you will do

• Negotiate and execute financing transactions for private equity portfolio companies in coordination with investment deal teams
• Develop and maintain key lending and debt advisory relationships within the private equity financing market
• Support deal teams and portfolio company management in ongoing financing needs and exit preparation
• Collaborate with Debt Capital Markets team members across investment verticals to innovate financing solutions

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
• 3-5 years of experience in asset management or related fund capital markets, lending, or debt advisory roles
• Strong knowledge of alternative asset classes and financing structures
• Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in interest rate and FX hedges preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Exemplary work ethic and personal integrity
