What you will do

• Execute project assignments including data structuring, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct client interviews and facilitate workshops to gather functional requirements.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable conclusions and strategic recommendations.
• Take on team leadership responsibilities by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to internal knowledge creation through publications, seminars, and workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Applied Economics.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Proficiency in English and French is essential.
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector and AI-related topics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information into conclusions.
• Must have existing work authorization for Luxembourg.
