• Own the approval and onboarding process for new business customers, progressing into full case management.
• Conduct customer outreach via text and phone to gather necessary information for case progression.

• Apply KYC principles and compliance requirements to assess applications and flag risks early.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience with KYC, OSINT, or a background in banking, lending, or law enforcement.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally across multiple channels, including phone.
• Performance-oriented approach with a drive to maintain pace and accuracy.
• Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
