What you will do

• Own the financial model and metrics driving the Series B funding story.
• Lead FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking ARR, NRR, burn, and runway.
• Facilitate the strategic planning rhythm and OKR process across the leadership team.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO on pricing, hiring plans, and capital allocation.
• Oversee finance operations, ensuring the integrity of accounting, cash management, and reporting.
• Lead and develop a talented team of finance and operations professionals.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of experience in finance or strategy (FP&A, Strategic Finance, VC/PE, or top-tier consulting).
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and fluency in SaaS metrics.
• Ability to interrogate data and provide a strategic point of view rather than raw output.
• Structured thinker capable of bringing rigor to strategic planning in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Copenhagen.
