What you will do

• Process consumer onboarding applications end-to-end to ensure high-quality, compliant intake.
• Conduct KYC and sanctions screening according to compliance requirements and maintain data accuracy.
• Manage customer contact via email, messages, and phone to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with the FCP team to identify risks early and drive continuous process improvement.
• Maintain high performance in both volume and quality without compromising compliance standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or customer onboarding, preferably in fintech or financial institutions.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Structured approach to work and a solid understanding of risk management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and quality.
• Team-first mindset and commitment to high professional standards.
