What you will do

• Perform physical tests on materials and rubber compounds.
• Prepare and handle test samples and laboratory equipment.
• Support daily laboratory activities and testing schedules.
• Ensure testing is completed safely and according to quality standards.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and keep the workspace organized.
• Participate in problem-solving and process improvement activities.

Requirements

• English communication skills required
• Experience working in a physical laboratory, production, or technical environment.
• Comfortable working with machines, tools, or testing equipment.
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow procedures.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Nice to have

• Bachelor degree in mechanics or physical sciences.
• Proficiency in Luxembourgish, German, or French.
