What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end workflows using Workato and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Build seamless integrations between SaaS platforms and internal systems using APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
• Develop RPA solutions for processes requiring non-API interaction.
• Integrate AI-enabled steps into workflows for text classification, summarization, and data extraction.
• Create reusable automation components, custom connectors, and standards to accelerate delivery.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot cloud flows, and optimize workflows for scalability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering production-grade cloud workflow automation and systems integration.
• Hands-on expertise with Workato and/or Power Automate Cloud.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, data payloads (JSON/XML), and authentication protocols.
• Practical knowledge of formatting prompts and handling API inputs/outputs with LLMs.
• Comfortable writing Python or JavaScript for data cleaning and workflow logic.
• Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
