What you will do

• Offset incoming payments in the system and update cashflow.
• Manage and update the Dispute Log.
• Verify and add new customers and shippers to the system.
• Handle email requests for documentation from shippers and customers.
• Prepare and distribute invoices and credit notes.
• Execute various ad-hoc financial tasks.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite (Spreadsheets, Forms) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Must possess own transportation for occasional travel.
