What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based, stateful IVR applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Integrate IVR solutions with key internal services to enhance system functionality.
- Monitor IVR systems and implement operational improvements to optimize the customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues within voice contact center and IVR environments.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
- Participate in forward-looking initiatives to evolve IVR architecture and call steering.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java EE and Spring Boot / Spring Core.
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), OOP, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platform engineering, preferably AWS.
- Experience using SQL for application configuration and data-driven logic.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience specifically developing IVR applications.
- Deep understanding of IVR platforms and voice contact center systems.
- Experience with speech standards such as VoiceXML, SRGS, MRCP, or CCXML.
