What you will do

• Drive the global demand planning process to provide accurate forecasts for business and supply chain decisions.
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure the availability of finished goods to meet customer needs.
• Continuously improve demand planning data, processes, and forecasting accuracy.
• Serve as the primary interface between Sales, Supply Chain, and strategic customers to balance supply and demand.
• Monitor demand trends and communicate changes affecting production, inventory, or deliveries.
• Coordinate order planning and support business decisions through scenario planning and management reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, logistics, or electronics combined with relevant experience.
• Proven track record in demand planning or supply chain planning within a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional written and oral communication skills in English.
• Location: Must be based in Oslo, Norway
