What you will do
- Present and configure Vusion solutions for leading retailers such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and electronics stores.
- Partner with Sales teams to define and understand customer business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate implementation projects, ensuring deadlines are met and costs are controlled.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to system integrations, IT infrastructure, and solution configuration.
- Lead pre-sales projects to prepare for large-scale roll-outs for retail customers.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external customers regarding operational and integration issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Project Manager, or in technical IT project management.
- Solid technical background in software applications, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to read and understand code in Python and JavaScript to modify configurations or scripts.

- Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
- Interest in Retail, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, or IoT industries.
- Ability to work autonomously and strong interpersonal skills in a dynamic environment.
