What you will do

• Design and execute a strategic roadmap to optimize and streamline warehouse and inventory operations.
• Implement end-to-end material management measures including FIFO adherence, cycle counting, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, engineering, and quality teams for accurate demand forecasting and procurement planning.
• Develop and implement robust SOPs to drive operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
• Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP and WMS software platforms.
• Lead and develop a high-performing logistics and warehouse team through recruitment and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing a lead of supervisors, associates, or operators.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Wissous.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 5S, lean manufacturing, or 6-Sigma principles.
• Experience with receiving and deployment documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Ability to identify safety issues with warehouse vehicles.
• Experience ramping low-volume operations to high-rate production.
• Forklift certification.
