What you will do

• Define business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions for a global insurance broker.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Document and prioritize detailed requirements, including BRDs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Coordinate and coach the project BA team, providing mentoring for RAs and BAs.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and QA teams to balance client expectations with implementation realities.
• Conduct requirements audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of BA practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, stored procedures, and data mapping.
• Proven experience in decomposing complex business needs into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Advanced level of English (C1).
• Strong ability to guide stakeholders and challenge assumptions to align with business objectives.
