What you will do

• Execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and time-keeping.
• Maintain precise employee records within the Workday HRIS with a high level of confidentiality.
• Ensure personnel files and documentation are fully aligned with local labor laws and GDPR.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Recruiters, and the Service Desk to optimize regional operations.
• Coordinate health and safety administration, including medical examinations and government agency communication.
• Manage agency employees and generate weekly and monthly operational KPI reports.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in both Czech and English (C1).
• Strong understanding of basic employment law in Czechia.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for operational tracking.
• Ideally 1+ year of relevant work experience in HR.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cheb, Czechia.
