Location: Hybrid, must be based in New Zealand

What you will do

  • Build and continuously improve data products and Power BI dashboards to ensure credible HSW insights reporting.
  • Lead the design and delivery of global HSW performance reporting for the Board, executive leadership, and line leaders.
  • Evolve the global HSW performance measurement framework using evidence-informed and systems-based indicators.
  • Partner with the HSW Risk and Assurance team to deliver reporting based on assurance activity.
  • Drive a culture of organizational learning by streamlining how the company learns from significant events and unexpected outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New Zealand
  • Detailed, robust knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (essential)
  • Qualifications in data analysis, insights generation, intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience leading teams delivering health, safety, and risk-related intelligence and reporting.
  • Proven experience communicating risk performance to Boards and senior leadership.
  • Deep familiarity with statistical analysis, data presentation, and high-quality reporting practices.
