What you will do

• Map and deliver comprehensive onboarding and technical training for resellers, customers, and employees.
• Develop learning materials and curricula adapted to diverse audiences using various modalities.
• Act as a product subject matter expert (SME) to guide partners and stakeholders.
• Support the implementation and utilization of the myLearning LMS platform.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to translate feedback into training improvements.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction documentation and quality case management records.

Requirements

• Degree in business, education, or a related field.
• Experience delivering training across a variety of modalities.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and French (written and verbal).
• Ability to travel up to 25% to various global locations.
• Strong aptitude for learning and navigating new software platforms independently.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain to support the hybrid working model.
