What you will do

• Quality-check external enquiries to identify successes and failures in case outcomes.
• Provide feedback to compliance teams and individual analysts based on data-driven insights and root-cause analysis.
• Apply compliance department procedures and report procedural issues to management.
• Coach new team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different locations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in France
• Bachelor's degree (certificate required).
• 3+ years of FinCrime processes experience in a regulated, risk-focused, or compliance-driven environment.
• English: C1+ level required
• French: C1+ level required
• Solid understanding of financial crime typologies and ability to identify risks through investigative work.
• Proficiency in data-driven investigative tools, dashboards, and case management systems.

Nice to have

• Degree or equivalent in law or a STEM subject.
• Industry-recognised certification, such as ICA or ACAMS.
• Fluency in other languages.
