What you will do

  • Manage customer requests, inquiries, and orders for spare parts.
  • Prepare and send customer offers and order confirmations using SAP.
  • Coordinate logistics and manage customer payment terms in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Proactively manage backlogs and follow up on deliveries to ensure on-time and in-full fulfillment.
  • Process returns and resolve non-conformity issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in commercial reviews and promote spare parts services to customers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand
  • Strong knowledge of trade, supply, and industrial retail logistics.
  • Experience with order management processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in SAP.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Certificate in Logistics.
