What you will do

• Take ownership of Lithuanian language content and ensure a consistent tone of voice across all digital channels.
• Drive the development of digital content strategy to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Create and localize copy for web pages, web shops, apps, and customer emails.
• Manage the website content lifecycle using CMS, from creation to publishing and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and e-commerce teams to improve brand awareness.
• Analyze content performance and translate data insights into actionable improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or web content management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Solid understanding of digital customer journeys and SEO principles.
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania.
