Salary: €2,700–€4,100 gross monthly (for Vilnius/Lithuania); PLN 10,300–14,900 gross monthly (for Krakow/Poland).

What you will do

• Act as the primary escalation point for suspicious activity cases.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) per local regulations.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and requests from local authorities.
• Collaborate with the MLRO on significant cases and second-line reviews.
• Monitor and detect emerging patterns of suspicious activity.
• Participate in process improvement projects and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Swedish (C1 or above) is mandatory.
• Experience as a compliance or FinCrime officer in a major financial institution.
• Deep knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations.
• Proven experience in FinCrime operations acting as an escalation point.
• Ability to analyze complex information and drive resolutions.
• Understanding of payment systems and mobile application markets.
