What you will do

• Manage end-to-end complex IT or security transitions from planning to completion.
• Oversee technical integrity of security transitions including firewalls, VPNs, and WAFs.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party stakeholders to ensure seamless service handovers.
• Align technical teams and client stakeholders around transition milestones.
• Ensure all transition processes are structured, compliant, and auditable.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in network security transition management.
• Deep expertise in TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, DNS Security, and WAFs.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• Must be based in Portugal with valid work authorization.
• Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon (2 days/week).
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or Service Management principles.
