Location: Hybrid role, must be based in or able to relocate to Poland, Portugal, the UAE, or the UK. Expected to be in the office 3 days per week.

Salary: PLN 7,600 gross monthly (Krakow/Poland location).

What you will do

• Optimize product and onboarding flows to enhance customer experience.
• Research and propose new features to support global growth.
• Support vendor management and track operational performance.
• Assist with strategic partnerships and deal-making processes.
• Contribute to feature development and operational improvements.
• Manage tasks and present outcomes to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Currently in penultimate year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree (graduating in 2028).
• Full-time availability for summer 2027.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to attend a Revolut office at least 3 days per week.
• Portfolio of coding projects or open-source contributions.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or PowerBI.
