What you will do

• Design and maintain production-grade web applications using Python and FastAPI.
• Build intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces for complex, form-heavy workflows.
• Own end-to-end application architecture, including data models and service boundaries.
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows using Cursor and Claude Code to improve productivity.
• Implement robust security practices, error handling, and data integrity measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones on sprint planning and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and REST API development.
• Proven experience building production-grade applications with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, tax software, or compliance platforms.
• Background in designing highly secure, scalable system architectures.
• Familiarity with asynchronous collaboration in distributed engineering teams.
