What you will do

• Build and maintain data pipeline infrastructure consolidating internal tools, labeling systems, and cloud storage.
• Develop tooling for programmatic dataset selection and curation based on environment and object types.
• Own the end-to-end ML data infrastructure from robot data collection to training runs.
• Create model evaluation and regression testing infrastructure to ensure production reliability.
• Automate model retuning loops to minimize manual intervention for routine updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 2-3 years of experience shipping production-grade ML infrastructure for large datasets.
• Proven experience building distributed data pipelines consolidating multiple sources.
• Deep understanding of data flow from raw collection to trained models.
• Experience building systems from scratch in small-team environments.
• Ability to thrive in a high-ambiguity startup setting.
