What you will do

• Design, build, operate, and maintain business-critical petabyte-scale systems.
• Determine the roadmap for the Product Metrics team and deliver new features.
• Ensure the performance, reliability, availability, and cost-efficiency of metrics systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and participate in design discussions.
• Mentor team members and share technical expertise.
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain service health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systems.
• 2+ years of experience developing applications with Golang.
• Experience with major Cloud Service Providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with storing and retrieving large volumes of data using ClickHouse.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, Temporal, and Terraform.
• Must be based in Europe to fulfill the remote requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience writing Kubernetes operators or controllers.
• Experience with Kafka streaming technology.
