What you will do

• Build and maintain reliable, scalable backend and frontend systems to support global transaction growth.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate development, improve root cause analysis, and generate high-quality documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver automated, data-driven solutions.
• Raise engineering standards through technical judgment, code optimization, and mentorship.
• Drive systemic fixes to reduce repeat issues and improve diagnostic approaches.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required (resumes must be in English)
• Must be based in Brazil
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails or C#.
• Experience with REST APIs, relational databases (Postgres), and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Terraform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
