Associate Primary Research Manager (Fieldwork)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end quantitative and qualitative healthcare market research fieldwork, including timelines, quotas, feasibility, and quality standards.
• Oversee HCP and patient recruitment, monitor live fieldwork and pacing, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage sample and recruitment vendors, including pricing negotiations, spend tracking, and invoice-to-purchase-order reconciliation.
• Advise account teams and stakeholders on fielding strategies, trade-offs, feasibility risks, and delivery timelines.
• Design custom recruitment approaches for hard-to-reach audiences and accelerated study timelines.
• Train and support junior staff and offshore teams while reinforcing fielding best practices and quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English proficiency in written and spoken communication.
• At least 5 years of market research experience, including hands-on fieldwork execution management.
• Healthcare market research experience with direct HCP and patient recruitment exposure.
• At least 2 years of feasibility assessment experience across study types and target audiences.
• Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus basic SQL proficiency for querying, reviewing, and validating data.

Nice to have

• Vendor management expertise, including pricing negotiations and cost control.
• Consultative leadership and experience developing custom recruitment solutions.
• Experience training or overseeing junior staff and offshore teams.
• Familiarity with ConfirmIT, Decipher, and digital data collection tools.
• Experience creating and enforcing SOPs in a growing organization.
