What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment process, from reviewing role scopes with managers to conducting interviews and background checks.
• Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with service teams and manage employee entry/exit procedures.
• Maintain HR data integrity within SAP Successfactors in accordance with legal and group standards.
• Support annual and mid-year performance and talent review processes.
• Coordinate company training and manage the employee referral program.
• Lead internal communication projects and activities to enhance employee experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on people operations or similar roles.
• Proven experience in payroll process management is required.
• Familiarity with labor law and compliance regulations.
• Good level of English proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP Successfactors is preferred.
