Target: 150,000+ next year You'll shape product strategy, influence business decisions, and work directly with executive leadership. You'll own
✔️ Product strategy and roadmap for lending and card products
✔️ Growth of Credit Cards, Credit Lines, and BNPL
✔️ Customer journey from acquisition to repayment and retention
✔️ Product decisions balancing growth, customer value, profitability, and credit risk
✔️ Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Risk, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership
✔️ Product analytics, experimentation, and portfolio performance We're looking for someone with
✅ 5+ years in Product Management
✅ 3+ years in Fintech, Lending, Cards, Payments, Consumer Finance, or Digital Banking
✅ Experience with Credit Cards, Consumer Lending, Credit Lines, BNPL, or other lending products
✅ Strong understanding of product funnels, activation, retention, monetization, and portfolio metrics
✅ Data-driven mindset with experience prioritizing product initiatives based on business impact
✅ Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver products at scale
✅ English or Spanish Nice to have

➕ Revolving credit products
➕ Neobank or fintech startup experience
➕ Risk-based pricing, NPL, delinquency & cohort analysis
➕ Credit bureau integrations and scoring models
