Location: Must be a Swiss/EU/EFTA citizen or possess a residency permit in Switzerland. Hybrid: required to visit the Lausanne office 4 times per week.

Salary: CHF 140,000 - 155,000

What you will do

• Design and code end-to-end processes enabling untrained staff to autonomously prepare, install, and monitor Linux servers and networking devices in 300+ venues.
• Create processes allowing developers to autonomously deploy and monitor player tracking and augmentation applications.
• Take ownership of long-term technical efforts and articulate design choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve complex problems, share knowledge, and provide actionable feedback.
• Participate in an on-call rotation focused on eliminating repeating escalations.

Requirements

• Swiss/EU/EFTA citizenship or a valid residency permit in Switzerland.
• 5+ years of experience in SRE with a focus on Linux.
• Strong understanding of the full Linux server stack, including OS boot, systemd, networking, container deployment, and monitoring.
• Proven experience designing robust automation for large inventories of on-premises servers using Ansible.
• Proficiency in Python programming and Bash scripting.
• Strong understanding of OSI network layers 2 and 3, with the ability to assess network conditions at customer sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with remote fleet management without direct physical access.
• Experience designing large-scale automation for network routers and switches.
• Experience with AWS EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM.
• Experience with Nvidia GPU driver installation and monitoring.
