What you will do

• Manage, implement, and continuously develop the site's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and develop Quality Department employees both professionally and disciplinarily.
• Plan and facilitate customer and certification audits, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IRIS, and EASA Part 21G/145.
• Resolve customer and supplier complaints and ensure sustainable quality improvements.
• Analyze quality KPIs to derive and track corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, preferably within automotive or aerospace industries.
• Proven leadership experience in organizational and team development.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IRIS, and EASA Part 21G/145 standards.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
