What you will do

  • Support customers via chat, email, and phone to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Advise users on platform best practices to maximize the value of the software.
  • Deliver customer training sessions, webinars, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Create and improve educational content and support materials.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to escalate technical issues and share customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and support documentation.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in technology, software, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to investigate and resolve user issues.
