What you will do

• Coordinate and operationally manage NCS sites in the Stockholm area, specifically Solna Strand and Järfälla.
• Strategically oversee and follow up on all facilities housing BU NCS personnel.
• Manage budgets and track results for existing office and production spaces.
• Lead steering groups and councils for established sites and ongoing development projects, including the "Site 2" project.
• Represent BU NCS in communications with hirify.global Property and other business areas.
• Ensure facility designs meet internal and external standards for IT, information security, and production specifications.

Requirements

• Academic background in Engineering, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in project management and steering group leadership.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Must be able to undergo and be approved for security clearance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety and labor law.
• Experience with budget responsibility and result monitoring.
• Knowledge of workplace principles and production planning.
