What you will do

• Manage a team of drivers responsible for the pickup and delivery of sensitive, temperature-controlled and regulated products.
• Update and monitor IT systems, including DASH Monitor, TMS, and data backup systems.
• Prepare specialized packaging and monitor refrigerated containers (cold rooms, refrigerators, freezers).
• Control the stock of packaging and supplies to prevent supply chain breaks.
• Coordinate with the customs department on import/export tasks and support the store manager in daily packaging operations.
• Handle reverse logistics by cleaning, refurbishing, and preparing specialized packaging.

Requirements

• English: Good level (B2) required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Previous experience in a similar dispatcher or logistics role.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to manage large amounts of information under pressure.
• Ability to physically assist drivers in loading/unloading vehicles using an electric pallet jack if necessary.
• High level of autonomy, initiative, and teamwork spirit.
