What you will do

  • Onboard new clients and grow account portfolios using a value-based relationship approach.
  • Provide personalized support via voice and social media to activate and retain customers.
  • Analyze financial markets and economic indicators to provide understandable investment advice.
  • Research prospect sources to determine customer potential and enable sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client complaints and provide feedback on customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global economic indicators, central bank decisions, and geopolitical events.

Requirements

  • Native Arabic and fluent English proficiency.
  • Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia.
  • Deep expertise in Forex markets, currency pairs, and macroeconomic trends.
  • Proven experience in sales for a CFD broker.
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
