What you will do

• Manage, coach, and grow a team of 12+ product designers embedded across marketplace, seller platform, and logistics.
• Define the overall design vision and translate it into craft standards and a unified design system.
• Lead design reviews and critiques to raise the quality bar across all shipped products.
• Connect design decisions to business outcomes, metrics, and user needs across European markets.
• Design the organizational structure, including headcount and reporting lines.
• Establish operational rituals for discovery, research, and handoff.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and leading high-performing design teams.
• Ability to align Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership behind a design playbook.
• Strong hands-on craft skills to set high quality standards and lead reviews.
• Business-oriented mindset focused on outcomes and metrics rather than just features.
• Experience scaling design organizations and introducing professional standards.
• Background in complex digital products, preferably in marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS.
