What you will do

• Define the long-term portfolio strategy, commercial growth plans, and roadmap for wellness and clubhouse spaces.
• Design the end-to-end member journey, establishing product standards and sensory elements across all studios and social areas.
• Launch and scale new concepts in partnership with Real Estate, Design, and Procurement teams across multiple locations.
• Drive business performance through strategic pricing, packaging, and revenue strategies to boost retention and income.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, brand, and finance teams to ensure flawless execution at every touchpoint.
• Identify Global Wellness Ambassadors and secure high-impact industry collaborations and thought leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• Senior leadership background in premium fitness, wellness hospitality, health clubs, or lifestyle membership brands.
• Proven track record of developing growth concepts across fitness, recovery, movement, and community spaces.
• Experience in space and experience design, including collaboration with architects and external contractors.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to steer membership growth and use data-informed decision-making.
• Influential leadership skills to manage diverse teams and projects without direct line authority.
• Deep industry intuition and passion for wellness trends and member behavior analysis.
