What you will do

  • Lead monthly closing activities, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of financial and business reporting.
  • Monitor business performance, analyze root causes of deviations from targets, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Finance, HR, Delivery, and Commercial leaders.
  • Develop and enhance controlling processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to support growth.
  • Prepare complex analyses and respond to ad hoc management requests.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance, or Audit, ideally within the IT industry.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Solid understanding of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and business KPIs.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1).
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Ukraine.

  • Knowledge of German.
