What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally to transform data into actionable business insights.
• Translate stakeholder OKR requirements into robust analytical solutions.
• Model new product analytics datasets to drive growth and cost reduction strategies.
• Develop dashboards to prototype new functionality and streamline operational workflows.
• Influence the roadmap for the Data Analytics department and supported business units.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence by establishing data processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or Product Analyst role.
• Strong SQL fluency, including building complex ERDs and analytical datasets.
• Familiarity with applied statistics and scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Executive communication skills to identify business pain points and build effective solutions.
• Interest in optimizing operational productivity and measuring automation.
• Ability to work onsite in Shanghai, China.

Nice to have

• Experience with ELT data modeling, specifically using dbt.
• Proficiency in building analytical narratives using data visualization tools like Looker.
