What you will do

• Supervise M&E installation works including HVAC systems, pipework, plumbing, and electrical cabling.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and RAMS.
• Monitor project schedules and report delays, variations, or technical issues via daily site records.
• Enforce site health & safety procedures, company standards, and lead toolbox talks.
• Perform quality inspections, oversee snagging, and manage defect resolution.
• Coordinate with principal contractors, design engineers, and commissioning managers to resolve technical queries.

Requirements

• Experience supervising M&E works on live construction sites.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification (mandatory).
• CSCS Supervisory Card (M&E relevant).
• Electrical or Mechanical trade qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent).
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• Ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and schematics.

Nice to have
