What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical support within the Account Abstraction product vertical.
• Scale support systems by developing internal tooling, runbooks, and contributing to devX improvements.
• Analyze customer needs and troubleshoot complex technical challenges to ensure a stellar user experience.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify gaps and drive the development of new features.
• Act as the voice of the customer, building and maintaining relationships with complex stakeholders.
• Drive customer referrals and maximize the value users derive from the platform.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a software development role.
• Technical degree.
• Experience and interest in Account Abstraction, Wallet Services, and blockchain technology.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and people skills for stakeholder management.
• Must be based in New York or San Francisco for hybrid work.
