TL;DR

Customer Operations Lead Specialist (Aviation): Managing end-to-end service operations for government sector customers with an accent on SLA delivery, performance monitoring, and operational governance. Focus on driving continuous service improvements, coordinating major incident resolution, and ensuring high availability of mission-critical aviation systems.

Location: Bangkok, Thailand. Hybrid work model (up to 2 days WFH per week).

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end service operations for Government sector customers.
  • Monitor and ensure delivery against SLA, performance, and availability targets.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly service reporting, including SPRM and executive summaries.
  • Lead customer governance forums and present operational updates, risks, and improvements.
  • Coordinate major incidents, managing customer communication and follow-up actions.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT operations, service management, or customer operations roles.
  • Background in aviation or the travel industry managing mission-critical systems.
  • Proven experience delivering SLA-based services and performance reporting.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL, SLA delivery, and operational KPIs.
  • Proficiency in English and Expert level Thai language skills.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

  • ITIL certifications.
  • Additional certifications in incident management, operations, or service delivery.
  • Experience with border systems or government environments.
