What you will do

• Manage small, agile development teams within strategic IT implementation programs.
• Establish and oversee modern engineering practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, and cyber resilience.
• Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures leveraging cloud computing and microservices.
• Design and evolve AI-enabled IT architectures by integrating AI capabilities into client solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures.
• Proficiency in machine learning, DevOps, agile methods, and robotics.
• Fluent in both German and English for communicating complex technical topics.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to client locations globally.
