Profile Engineer (IoT)

TL;DR

Profile Engineer (IoT): Setting up data generation and personalization of physical and virtual profiles for secure telecommunications systems with an accent on database configuration and system software integration. Focus on developing and testing product configurations, troubleshooting production incidents, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Sant Joan Despí, Spain (Hybrid: 3 days remote per week).

What you will do

• Develop and test configurations for new products based on customer specifications.
• Transfer released configurations to production environments ensuring compliance.
• Troubleshoot data generation errors and support level 1 engineers during incidents.
• Coordinate tasks with DataGen Engineers to ensure seamless production setup.
• Maintain and improve technical work instructions and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D teams regarding new software releases.

Requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Experience with database systems, specifically MS SQL Server.
• Basic knowledge of PC-networks (LAN) and software development processes.
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow established procedures.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Sant Joan Despí, Spain.
