An international IT company with 150+ employees developing a portfolio of SaaS and CPaaS products.

What you will do

• Design and improve the company’s operating model and end-to-end business processes.
• Establish clear process ownership and strengthen collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Legal.
• Build a management cadence with clear decision-making, accountability, and execution tracking.
• Implement and drive KPI, OKR, SLA, and operational performance management.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve organizational bottlenecks.
• Drive operational excellence through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in senior operational leadership (COO, Head of Operations, VP Operations, or similar).
• Experience scaling SaaS, CPaaS, or software companies (50–300+ employees).
• Proven track record in building operating models, governance, and ownership structures.
• Strong background implementing KPI/OKR frameworks and operational metrics.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with systems thinking.

Nice to have

• Process automation experience.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, CRM, HRIS, ERP, and BI tools.
• International business experience.
