What you will do
- Deliver high-quality, multi-channel support to standard and premium traders.
- Support client retention by providing accurate guidance and practical insights.
- Identify and share relevant trends with internal teams to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues effectively.
- Conduct layer-1 trade investigations and validations with accuracy.
- Handle escalations professionally, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
Requirements
- Native Thai proficiency and strong verbal/written English skills.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in fintech or call centers.
- Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in using CRM and service desk systems.
- Ability to work on rotating day shifts and weekend shifts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
