What you will do

• Plan, support, and execute offline events, meetups, and activations across the US, representing Mantle in real-world settings.
• Convert event interactions into qualified leads, partnerships, and community relationships.
• Support ecosystem growth across North America by working with media, KOLs, creators, and distribution partners.
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives and partner campaign execution, aligning workflows across external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Execute growth campaigns and content-driven community activations, including bounty programs.
• Create and publish crypto/Web3 audience content on X (Twitter) and translate ecosystem activity into external-facing narratives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 marketing, ecosystem, community, or growth.
• Hands-on experience with IRL events (organizing, hosting, or supporting community/industry events).
• Ability to represent a crypto/Web3 brand offline and turn interactions into leads or relationships.
• Strong local network in US crypto/Web3/RWA ecosystems with access to relevant founders, creators, or developer communities.
• Experience in operations or coordination-heavy roles (campaigns, events, partnerships, or ecosystem ops).
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with high ownership in fast-paced distributed environments.
